Residential Wellbeing Course
Understanding the elements that affect patients
The residential course was developed as a result of working with patients and studying funded research. This has developed a thorough understanding of the elements affecting patients and carers i.e. anxiety, depression, isolation, weight gain and stress etc. Our residential wellbeing course was designed for vasculitis patients and offers a toolkit of resources delivered by our panel of wellbeing experts.
Rowallan Castle
The course is held at the stunning and relaxing Rowallan Castle. The venue itself was chosen as the perfect respite setting due to its countryside location and spectacular views.
Our wellbeing course provides excellent accommodation and catering for patients and carers in addition to a programme of wellbeing activities including light exercise. At the end of day 1 there is social time for patients and carers to meet others in a relaxed and informal setting.
