Hello,
I’m always clearing my throat, it feels like there’s mucus there and I sometimes cough and feel chesty with blocked nose and pressure there.
I suffer from anxiety, health anxiety is one of them, and the doctor thought my cough, blocked nose among my anxiety like symptoms are anxiety, and was given antibiotics for a week.
Antibiotics never cured the blocked nose, it makes my anxiety bad sometimes, and today after a long cycle ride I notice blood when I cleared my throat, the blood wherever it was coming has gone now again, but it was there, my throat feels sore now, my nose feels blocked again, cycling cleared it a bit.
The doctor looked inside my nose and so nothing wrong.
It’s like a habit to clear it, same with the coughing.
I have some problem with GERD too, which gets worse with my anxiety attacks, I can’t feel any acid this week though. How can I stop the habit of clearing my throat?
Is it something that needs getting looked at? Like a tumor? Please help.
Thanks!I didn’t find the right solution from the Internet.
