I tend to fall sick about once a month on average (more so since the start of this year for some reason). I actually also find myself falling sick after exercise quite a bit, which is worrying.
I live in tanzania, east africa, but am moving to the UK for university in september. I’m worried about how my immune system will cope with the change there is no winter to speak off here in tanzania, so I’m particularly worried about the prevalence of flus and colds during the winter season in the UK. (especially since i’m allergic to eggs so I can’t have a flu vaccine).
is there anything I can do to improve my immune system?
